Due to the change in the State Government Home and Garden Waterwise Rebate Scheme, Freshwater Tanks has now ceased trading.

Your Freshwater Tank has been manufactured to Australian Standards and installed by licensed plumbers. If you experience an issue with the plumbing please contact your plumber direct. Their details can be found on the “Notification of Responsible Person” Form 7 supplied by them for your Brisbane City Council rebate.

All water pumps supplied by Freshwater Tanks come with a manufacturer’s warranty, if you are experiencing pump issues please refer to the table below for manufacturer’s contact details
